Napoleonic Hussars were renowned as daring and adventurous soldiers, though their behavior could be unruly. They were often depicted as reckless, hard-drinking, foul-mouthed womanizers with distinctive mustaches. The vibrant military uniforms worn by hussars from 1700 onwards were influenced by popular Hungarian fashion trends of that era. The unique uniforms of the "hussars of the marine" were always a delight to create, and this time we present a simple mate-lot design.
